Training Resources
Still worried about the effectiveness of corporate training? Below are common challenges encountered in corporate training!
For Corporates:
Corporate training only benefits other companies
Some supervisors believe that if employees leave after completing training courses, it's like investing in developing talent for other companies. However, looking at it from a different perspective, when employees enhance their skills through training and continue to serve in their original company, it undoubtedly brings benefits to the organization.
The company may spend unnecessary money without seeing immediate training results
Just like in the example mentioned above, corporate training in English may seem like a quick fix. Through corporate English classes, employees can quickly grasp the basic structure of an English email and learn how to start and end it. However, if employees don't practice regularly after the course, they will eventually forget how to write correctly.
For Employees:
Corporate training might take up their personal time
According to the law, whether it's a corporate training, year-end parties, or spring parties, as long as the activities take place during non-working hours and the attendance is mandatory, it still counts as working overtime for employees.
Employees can’t apply their learning in the workplace
There are two reasons that people cannot apply what they learn in corporate training programs to the workplace. First, what they learn may not be relevant to the actual job duties, and second, the lack of immediate application can diminish the effectiveness of the training.
